Give Your Qurbani 2025 to Azad Kashmir

Every donation brings us one step closer to restoring hope in Azad Kashmir.

What is Qurbani?

Qurbani means to sacrifice. In the month of Dhul-Hijjah, Muslims around the world slaughter livestock (sheep, goats, cows, buffaloes, and camels) to remember the exemplary story of Prophet Ibrahim (A) and his son, Prophet Ismail (A), and their devotion and submission to Allah. Qurbani is obligatory for Muslims who are financially able and can afford to make a sacrifice.

It reflects the importance of sacrifice in life — giving without expecting anything in return. Eid al-Adha is a time for communities to give back and come together to share moments of love and compassion. That is why Hope Welfare Trust is committed to distributing Qurbani meat among vulnerable families in Kashmir to honour one of the most sacred events in the Islamic calendar.
